TRIP OVERVIEW
A glimpse of a 6-night stay at Lumbe Pools Camp
Each day will follow a similar routine, with approximately 3 hours spent on the river in the morning and again in the afternoon (with some surprise outings included along the way.)
DAY 1: Arrival at the Airport
Fly to Livingstone, Victoria Falls or Kasane airports where we will collect you and drive you to the parking bay opposite camp. You will then be transported by boat to camp.
DAY 1 – DAY 7
Accommodation will be in one of our 5 open-air, en-suite chalets overlooking the Zambezi River. Activities on offer include: fishing, swimming or snorkelling in the Lumbe River, pontoon lunches, beach brunches and visits to the Sioma (Ngonye Falls).
Day 7: Departure Day
Road transfer back to the airport for your departure flight home.
Accommodation
Accommodation will be in our open-air chalets overlooking the Zambezi
There are 5 open-air chalets at Lumbe Pools Camp. Each chalet can accommodate 2 people in either double or twin beds. The lodge is solar-powered so we are able to provide bedside lamps, charging points and donkey boilers to provide your chalets with hot water. There is Wi-Fi at the lodge, although it only covers the main area and fire-pit and doesnt extend to the chalets.
“You have created something uniquely special here. We enjoyed ourselves so much. We rested, we fished and we couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
