A 6-night stay at Lumbe Pools Camp balances world-class tiger fishing with the variety of the Upper Zambezi & Lumbe Rivers. Uniquely positioned at the confluence of the Zambezi and the Lumbe River, daily activities  beyond casting into deep holding pools and drifting along weed-lined fringes. Mornings might see you targeting tigerfish, followed by relaxed pontoon brunches drifting downriver, beach boules, or beach golf on the white sandbars. Excursions are also lead upstream to the churning waters and natural jacuzzi rock pools of Sioma (Ngonye) Falls – where you can fish off volcanic basalt, swim, and enjoy G&Ts overlooking Africa’s second-largest waterfall – or downstream to the Kaale rapids. During the middle of the day, you can cool off with a snorkel in the crystal-clear pools of the Lumbe River or kick back with a book up at the Rosewood Lookout. As the sun starts to set, you’ll wrap up the afternoon’s fishing and head back to camp to wind down around the boma fire pit, enjoy dinner under the stars, or even sleep out on the pontoon right on the water.
